Abstract

Introduction: the control of the directive processes in the institutions of health contributes to the efficiency of the services. Objective: to systematize contents related with the control like superior form of health direction. Methods: In the Medical University of Guantánamo, among September to December of 2024, one carries out a narrative bibliographical revision guided by the PRISMA methodology. The study object was the control of the health direction. Systematic revisions, original articles and thesis its index were analyzed in databases. The main search approaches were: control in health, administration in health, strategic planning in health, and the corresponding terms in English. 141 documents were located, and 26 were chosen by their relevance according to the objective of the revision. Results: was systematizes information related with the ponderation of the control like superior form of the direction process in health and way for the insurance of the efficiency and quality of the services of health; it is emphasized in the necessity of the auto education of you lead them regarding this thematic one, as well as the possible achievements with the appropriate control. The key steps are also synthesized for the application of the control of the health direction. Conclutions: was offers a theoretical systematizing of knowledge that sustain the relevance of the control like superior form of direction in health, pondering the necessary auto education of you lead them of the sector in function of assuring the efficiency and the quality from the rendering of services to the population.
