Systematization of the nursing care process

Abstract

The nursing care process is used as a work methodology for the nursing professional. The present investigation had as objective. Systematization of Teaching Experiences in the Implementation of the Nursing Care Process in Community Health Nursing II at the University of Carabobo. It is framed in the Education and Curriculum research line of the Clinical Department of Community Nursing and Administration. The sample was made up of 75% of the students in the fourth year of the degree, since this year the students take the subject Community Health Nursing II, the main objective of which is the application of the nursing care process in the family and in the community. The methodology used was the application of a questionnaire-type instrument with 17 items with 4 response options to choose an answer in each item, the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out with the application of the Epi-info program version 7226 and Microsoft Office Excel2010 Suite. Results indicate that respondents generally know the aspects related to each stage of the nursing care process, in some specific aspects doubts were raised regarding steps in the PAE and the types of Diagnoses and the application of theoretical models
