Abstract
The importance of innovation in the hotel and catering industry is highlighted by exploring how themed spaces and sensory scenarios can transform the customer experience. This market research highlights that creating immersive and unique environments not only meets the demand for differentiated experiences but also fosters customer loyalty by offering significant added value. This study examines the feasibility and design of a themed cafeteria based on the “Fast and Furious” film saga, the market segment to which it would be directed, in addition to the characterization of the products and services; Through a descriptive market study, using online surveys, data from 260 participants were collected and analyzed to determine the potential of this business model. The results indicate positive acceptance and significant interest in the themed cafeteria and a review of the characteristics of the market segment is made. Research reveals that consumers value a motorsport-inspired store design, often that combines themed products with traditional options, and a strategic location near high-traffic areas. The study concludes that, by applying a rigorous and methodological approach, it is possible to create a business that not only takes advantage of current trends but will also offer an authentic and memorable experience in the Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes (HORECA) sector in Mexico.
