Abstract

El presente ensayo “Avanzando sendas de interculturalidad libre de racismo y discriminación” tiene como punto de partida la necesidad de conectar los elementos teóricos con los saberes propios de pueblos originarios, con la finalidad de brindarle al lector elementos que permitan reflexionar acerca de prácticas discriminatorias elitistas, tales como: la imposición de sistemas organizativos, desplazamientos forzados y la erradicación de la memoria colectiva de nuestros pueblos. El racismo y la discriminación son expresiones históricas y estructurales, que se evidencian en lo cotidiano del ser humano e irradian en las experiencias institucionales. A través de este cultivo pretende avanzar hacia una interculturalidad auténtica y libre de racismo y discriminación requiere un compromiso constante y un esfuerzo colectivo, en el que el Estado y la sociedad fomenten un diálogo y comprensión mutua en la dirección correcta que nos acerque a un futuro en el que podamos prosperar sin barreras, prejuicios ni exclusiones.
