Abstract

El trabajo social constituye una de las esferas que deciden la mayoría de las actuaciones de los factores en la comunidad. El empoderamiento de la mujer como línea estratégica del Programa para el adelanto a la mujer en el contexto actual es un reto y un desafío. En el consejo popular norte del municipio Los Palacios se trata la temática con el fin de diseñar un plan de acción para el empoderamiento de la mujer a partir de un sistema de orientación laboral en el consejo popular Palacio Norte en el Municipio Los Palacios que tribute al desarrollo de capacidades y el aumento de oportunidades como factor determinante en su calidad de vida y su entorno social, mediante la utilización de métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos que permitieron diagnósticar el estado actual del nivel de desvinculación de la mujer, sus necesidades y prioridades, así como ponderar las problemáticas que más inciden en su desarrollo. Se enuncio mediante un sistema de orientación laboral las dimensiones necesarias para las acciones a ejecutar.
