The inclusive school with diversity

Legislation and states have been intervening and trying to guarantee the response to one of the most recognized demands of recent times, which is inclusive education, with diversity, throughout the territories. It must be taken into account that this type of educational policy is a key step for change and transformation towards a more inclusive, less discriminatory and more egalitarian world, since the school is the first extra-family contact with which the subject is in society, is where individuals learn with each other and in that sense the naturalness of a school for all is essential. The importance of talking about this issue comes from being able to question and eliminate the look that the traditional school has on students with disabilities. The purpose of this work is to think about education from an education with a right for all, based on human rights, but at the same time talk about inclusive education for all people with disabilities, which is what is necessary and that required to achieve a better education of people. In addition, the importance of recognizing and requiring the different states to comply with legal obligations since citizens with disabilities under international law are considered and recognized as equal citizens, with the same rights as others and therefore this includes the education.
