Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo aportar a la sociedad un indicador del avance en la implementación de la factura electrónica en el sector de comercio al por menor de artículos de ferretería en la ciudad de Duitama. Para este propósito, se utilizó una metodología de investigación mixta, que incluyó encuestas y entrevistas a diversas empresas del sector. Los resultados permitieron identificar el porcentaje de empresas que están utilizando esta herramienta y las razones más comunes por las cuales algunas aún no la han implementado. Estos hallazgos revelaron que el 60% de las empresas han adoptado la facturación electrónica, mientras que las principales barreras son el desconocimiento de la normativa y los costos de implementación. Este artículo sirve como referencia para la sociedad y los investigadores interesados en este tema, proporcionando una base para futuras investigaciones y políticas que fomenten la adopción de esta tecnología normativa.
