Aplicabilidad y eficacia de los nuevos recursos tecnológicos en el sistema judicial venezolano

Abstract

Desde la llegada del nuevo siglo, ha venido cobrando gran significancia la cultura digital manifestada directamente a través de la utilización de los medios tecnológicos para direccionar completamente los sistemas estructurales y funcionales en importantes ámbitos de nuestro entorno como el económico, el social y el jurídico, trayendo consigo la necesidad intrínseca de adaptar dichos sistemas a este nuevo escenario para consolidar su aplicabilidad y garantizar integralmente su eficacia en estos campos. Este artículo científico presenta como propósito principal generar un enfoque metodológico de investigación bajo un paradigma cualitativo orientado a resaltar las ventajas o beneficios de la aplicabilidad de los diversos recursos tecnológicos en el sistema judicial venezolano, estudiando su eficacia a favor de la sociedad bajo un nivel investigativo descriptivo, utilizando para ello un enfoque hermenéutico como herramienta interpretativa directa para poder determinar también posibles debilidades o vulnerabilidades que estos recursos acarrean. Este proceso de estudio consagra estratégicamente una serie de hallazgos, reflexiones y recomendaciones tácitas inclinadas a fortalecer y perfeccionar la completa integración de estos nuevos y cada día más innovadores recursos tecnológicos para complementar la funcionabilidad de nuestro sistema jurídico y mantener a nuestra sociedad completamente adaptada a los interesantes cambios que los sistemas de justicia en el mundo están experimentando en la actualidad.
