Abstract

Este trabajo pretende contribuir a superar la problemática que se tiene a nivel nacional, por desconocimiento del qué y por qué no se cuenta con una cultura empresarial de los directivos de las MIPYMES para proceder a implementar programas y medidas que se apeguen a una estrategia que motive el establecimiento y la práctica de los valores ecológicos y ambientales que permitan crear y consolidar una conciencia empresarial apoyada en la Ética Ambiental de forma disponible y asequible para la MIPYME, facilitando su incorporación al desarrollo sustentable y su responsabilidad social.
