Determinants of Mobile Banking Adoption in Tanzania: Evidence from NMB Mkononi Clients in Kongwa District

Abstract

This investigation looks at the factors that affect the adoption of NMB Mkononi in the Kongwa district of Dodoma, Tanzania. A cross-sectional design method was employed, utilizing a three-stage sampling technique to select 154 participants systematically. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected through self-administered questionnaires and interviews.
