Wenig Licht, viel Schatten: Der Dritte Sektor als arbeitsmarktpolitisches Experimentierfeld

Abstract

Atypische Beschäftigungsverhältnisse wie Teilzeitjobs und befristete Arbeitsverträge dominieren den Dritten Sektor mehr und mehr. Es droht eine weitere Verschlechterung der Arbeitsverhältnisse und die Entwicklung zum Niedriglohnsektor. In Ostdeutschland sind 16 Prozent der Erwerbstätigen im Dritten Sektor in Ein-Euro-Jobs beschäftigt.
