Gestaltung von Schichtarbeit in der Produktion

Abstract

Das Working Paper beschreibt Vorgehensweisen für die Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen in der Produktion und betrieblich erfolgreiche Umsetzungsstrategien sowie Defizite in der Gestaltung von Schichtarbeit. Sekundäranalytischen Auswertungen der BiBB-BAuA-Erwerbstätigenbefragung 2012 und der Beschäftigtenbefragung der IG Metall 2013 wurden durch eine eigens erstellte Befragung von Schichtarbeitern und durch Bestandsaufnahmen in Modellbetrieben ergänzt.
