The competencies of headmasters in students´ practice reflection at the departmental schools in Czech Republic

Abstract

Aim of papers based on summarizing the results of the authors? survey on the analyses of headmasters? competencies and theirs reflection by students of the study programme Educational management. The goal of the paper is to define and discuss headmasters? competencies reflections of professional practice by educational management students in terms of their theoretical knowledge, practical skills, management and human resources management development potential. From the perspective of future management of the students, authors? research results support the assumption that educational management students gained experience by this professional praxis in the time of study. The research questions is: What headmasters?competencies are more important for students´ educational management practice?
