Abstract

Over the past decades in the cities all over the world took the phenomenal changes that have put before the government and local authorities unprecedented challenges. C 2008, for the first time, more than half the world's population lives in urban areas, and, according to current projections, by 2050 this figure will rise to 70 percent. Almost all of this growth will occur in developing countries.
