Abordagem aos efeitos decorrentes da adopção de modelos de gestão da inovação normalizados

Abstract

É reconhecido pela generalidade dos estudos científicos e dos resultados empresariais que o reforço da cultura de inovação, alinhada com a missão, visão e estratégia das organizações, pode potenciar um melhor desempenho traduzido em melhores resultados económico-financeiros, reforço dos factores críticos que podem induzir a sustentabilidade das organizações e consequentemente maior criação de riqueza e menores custos sociais com o combate ao desemprego. Foi neste contexto que, no quadro da missão da Cotec Portugal, surgiram as Normas Portuguesas NP 4457 (Management of Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) RDI management system requirements). Alguns anos após a publicação das NP 4457: 2007, começa a ser o momento para questionar os efeitos decorrentes da sua utilização como um instrumento de gestão das actividades de IDI, quer na dimensão cultural, social e organizacional, quer obviamente na perspectiva económicofinanceira.
