Abstract

The aim of this research is to highlight the role of job-training, overall on the macroeconomic level and mainly on the microeconomic level. To this end, we will show through an approach by the endogenous theories of economic growth how the training of human capital stimulates economic growth and through human relations how it develops the skills of employees (work factor). Given the prevalence of Small and Medium Firms (S.M.F) in the Moroccan economy and government efforts to stimulate demand for training, we will raise through a survey of twenty S.M.F the position of this type of firms in rapport to job-training in general and to government devices (special training contracts and centers of training by learning) in job-training in particular.
