Abstract

This article reviews Current Issues in Islamic Banking and Finance: Resilience and Stability in the Present System, a book edited by Angelo M. Venardos. The book focused mainly on the recent events in Islamic banking and finance in south east Asia with additional information about it in Japan and U.S. The comprehensive approach to cover large topics in Islamic banking and finance make this book highly recommended for those who seek development of this industry in the region.
