Abstract

Резюме: Предметът на настоящия научен анализ обхваща актуалната правна уредба на административнонаказателната отговорност за маловажни административни нарушения на трудовото законодателство (чл. 415в от КТ) след последните изменения на Кодекса на труда през м. януари 2011 г. Сегашната правна уредба в тази област е съпоставена с предишната. Изследването съдържа коментари на голям брой съдебни решения, като се акцентира върху тълкувателното решение на Върховния административен съд, както по отношение на мотивите му, така и по отношение на неговото значение в светлината на последното изменение на Кодекса на труда.
