Abstract

Penyediaan layanan kesehatan bagi orang lanjut usia di Indonesia, khususnya dalam kajian di daerah Surabaya dan Malang berdasarkan pada 5 prinsip. Prinsip Pertama ada Ketersediaan (availability) , Prinsip kedua ada aksesibilitas (accessibility), Prinsip Ketiga ada akseptabilitas (acceptability), Prinsip Keempat ada kualitas (quality), Prinsip Kelima ada Universalitas. Saya melakukan pengamatan dan wawancara dengan seorang nenek yang bernama Siem Giok Lin yang akrab disapa Linda. Tahun ini beliau genap berusia 80 tahun. Beliau akan mengupas layanan kesehatan yang diterima dan perbedaannya saat pandemi berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip
