Incidencia de Sesgos Conductuales en los Consumidores del Servicio de Internet Móvil desde el Celular

Abstract

El presente documento presenta una estimación de la proporción y caracterización de los usuarios del servicio de Internet móvil desde el celular, según su nivel de incidencia de sesgos conductuales en su toma de decisiones para elegir, cambiar o permanecer con su empresa operadora, así como aspectos relacionados al autocontrol, búsqueda y manejo de información. La fuente de datos utilizada fue la Encuesta Residencial de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones (ERESTEL) del año 2018. Los resultados revelan que la participación del grupo de clientes con una importante incidencia de sesgos conductuales es significativa, además que estos consumidores muestran distorsiones sustanciales en variables relacionadas a la contratación del servicio y a las acciones de política del Osiptel.
