Abstract

este documento proporciona un panorama general sobre la gestión empresarial de 34 pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes) del sector turístico que participaron en los Servicios de Asesoramiento Empresarial a cargo de ORBITA en el presente año. Las áreas estratégicas tomadas en cuenta en los diagnósticos realizados a cada pyme se relacionan con perspectivas de negocio, digitalización, marketing-comercialización, medio ambiente, talento humano y finanzas. De esa manera, se han identificado las áreas que requieren mayor respaldo e inversión para la mejora en la gestión empresarial.
