Abstract

La gestion de crise constitue un thème de recherche d'actualité en raison de la complexité de l'environnement dans lequel les organisations évoluent. Cette thématique a fait l'objet de nombreux travaux en Sciences de Gestion. Cependant, d'autres disciplines ou domaines d'activités ont aussi exploré cet axe de recherche, et notamment le monde militaire. Ainsi, ce travail a pour objectif d'apporter un éclairage original à la gestion de crise en entreprise, plus particulièrement dans la filière agro-alimentaire, en s'appropriant les travaux menés et les concepts déployés dans le monde militaire.
