La transferencia de la gobernabilidad del Estado Nación a la gobernabilidad económica global corporativa

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es analizar el fenómeno emergente de la transferencia de la gobernabilidad del Estado - nación a la gobernabilidad económica global corporativa. Después de determinar el impacto de los procesos de globalización económica conducidos por una economía global corporativa que inciden en la formación de estructuras de redes glocalizadas empresariales - intergubernamentales, se analizan sus resultado y efectos. Finalmente se delinean los principales retos a los que se enfrenta la gobernabilidad impulsada por una economía global corporativa.
