Abstract

This work is aimed to analyze the emerging phenomenon called govern transfer from nation-state to corporate global economy governance. The impact of the economic globalization processes, is settled as something led by a global corporate economy, influencing the rising of business global network structures among governments. After their results and effects are analyzed. Finally, the main challenges faced by governance are outlined, as driven by a corporate global economy.
