Abstract

La Fonction Achats est-elle réellement devenue une Fonction stratégique de la firme ? Au regard de la littérature, les missions et les attentes à l'égard de la Fonction Achats semblent indéniablement claires. Néanmoins, le processus de maturation de la fonction Achats se révèle difficile au sein de l'organisation. L'article s'interroge sur la réalité de la dynamique des achats dans un contexte favorable aux relations partenariales. In fine, le papier analyse différentes perspectives susceptibles de permettre à la fonction Achats d'assumer son rôle.
