Veille stratégique : du concept à la pratique Cas de groupes d'entreprises tunisiennes

Abstract

Ce travail de recherche offre un cadre d'analyse permettant une meilleure compréhension du concept de veille stratégique, dans le contexte spécifique d'un pays émergeant. La démarche méthodologique adoptée repose sur une étude qualitative basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs menés auprès de responsables au sein de trois groupes d'entreprises tunisiennes. Les résultats obtenus supportent la pertinence de quatre dimensions fondamentales de la veille stratégique relatives aux acteurs, aux cibles, aux sources et aux méthodes de gestion d'information. Ces dimensions traduisant le caractère praxéologique du concept, éclairent l'entreprise sur la manière avec laquelle elle peut mettre en pratique sa démarche de veille stratégique.
