Abstract

Le concept de capital humain est devenu incontournable tant au sein du monde de la recherche académique (économistes, gestionnaires) que dans le monde des affaires. La première partie de cet article a pour objectif, après un travail de définition du concept, de présenter les différentes méthodologies d'audit qui permettent son évaluation. La seconde partie insiste sur la prise en compte du capital humain dans l'industrie du capital investissement, mettant en évidence l'intérêt grandissant des investisseurs pour le capital humain qui représente à leurs yeux l'un des actifs clés des entreprises d'aujourd'hui et tout particulièrement dans les secteurs des services (finance, assurance, conseil, éducation) et de la haute technologie.
