Abstract

Scientists from all over the world acknowledge that the ecological state of the planet is extremely alarming. Professor Belpomme proclaimed that the century have to be ecological if we don't want to disappear. All scholars, from all domains, are concerned. What could be the contribution of MIS researcher? We try to give some answers in this article
