Abstract

Ce premier thème abordé dans les Ateliers d'Épistémologie renvoie d'une part au caractère pluridisciplinaire de l'UMR ART-Dev qui héberge des géographes, des économistes, des sociologues et des politistes, et d'autre part à la façon dont ces disciplines peuvent travailler ensemble, communiquer. L'interdisciplinarité se situe entre la pluridisciplinarité et la transdisciplinarité. La pluridisciplinarité se définit comme une multitude de regards disciplinaires sur un même objet. L'interdisciplinarité engage un travail d'échange de méthodes entre différentes disciplines. La transdisciplinarité propose alors de construire une nouvelle connaissance scientifique, issue d'une intrication des connaissances disciplinaires et interdisciplinaires, pour appréhender plus globalement la complexité du monde.
