L’analyse de filière biologique en question : étude comparative des processus de structuration des organisations en Région Pays de la Loire

Abstract

Cette recherche étudie les processus de structuration de l'action collective dans un contexte fortement dominé par des TPE et PME. Après avoir situé notre travail parmi les approches théoriques ayant abordé l'analyse de filière, mais aussi plus largement les processus de structuration d'espace d'action collective organisée, nous dressons une analyse comparative des réponses construites par des acteurs régionaux pour structurer et coordonner leurs actions dans l'univers de l'agriculture et production biologique. Cette étude permet d'observer une variété de réponses ; elle nous amène à formuler des propositions nouvelles pour appréhender l'analyse de filière.
