Abstract

Les quelques remarques presentees ici veulent attirer l'attention sur certains effets remarquables des styles de decision lorsque la decision est elle-meme un processus collectif, qui prend place dans un paysage reconnaissable a certaines caracteristiques specifiques. Le texte donne quelques definitions sur trois modes contrastes de fonctionnement des rapports entre expert et systeme de gestion d'equipement collectif. Il presente aussi quelques elements sur les voies et les moyens de transport intra-urbains, qui constituent le domaine specifique de cet article. Il aborde aussi la question suivante: dans quel contexte intellectuel l'elaboration de modeles de transport et leur exportation vers les pays en voie de developpement est-elle aujourd'hui effectuee dans la pratique, et quels sont les effets eventuels de ce mode de regime de l'expertise sur la conduite des politiques?
