Abstract

Plusieurs modeles ont ete elabores afin de preciser les proprietes du contrat a paiement differe. Toutefois, si les modeles reposent tous sur le meme principe general, chacun integre un nombre limite d'hypotheses. Cet article fait la synthese de proprietes et problemes lies a ce type de modele et propose un modelisation qui prend en compte simulatanement plusieurs hypotheses.
