Abstract

Nous etudions l'impact des biais d'heterogeneite sur l'evaluation des rendements de l'anciennete en France. Une estimation integrant ces biais conduit a des rendements de l'anciennete pres de une fois et demi superieurs en regard d'une evaluation standard. Ces derniers semblent plutot resulter de contrats incitatifs (tournois, paiement differe) que la valorisation de capital humain specifique.
