Pratiques comparees de gestion des ressources humaines dans le monde

Abstract

La gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) est un domaine où les choses changent actuellement tres vite dans le monde, lui-même en plein changement economique et social, a cause de l'arrivee des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication. Les entreprises sont plongees dans une concurrence brutale et doivent ameliorer leur compétitivite, ce qui passe par une recherche de flexibilite, c'est-a-dire d'amenagement extreme des conditions d'emploi. Apres un rapide tour d'horizon des methodes de GRH dans les entreprises de differents pays, nous constaterons une tendance de plus en plus forte a " externaliser " une grande partie de la production et ainsi eloigner des centres de decision les problemes operationnels de gestion de personnel et de resolution de crises sociales.
