Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza y valora el borrador actualizado del PNIEC español para el periodo 2021-2030, publicado a finales del pasado mes de enero. Tras describir los objetivos en materia de consumo energético y emisiones que la UE ha establecido para el año 2030 y el mecanismo de gobernanza de la transición, se discuten las principales objetivos y medidas recogidos en el plan y las principales dificultades que cabe anticipar para su cumplimiento.
