Reordenación y financiación autonómica
Abstract
En este trabajo resumimos parte de los resultados de una investigación sobre la reordenación que producen las transferencias en la financiación de los gobiernos subcentrales. Ante todo, se constata que la reordenación no plantea problemas en el ámbito de la financiación federal, aunque en España y Alemania la reordenación ha irrumpido de forma tangencial y operando como límite parcial a la nivelación.Download Info
