Abstract

To recap, for this syllabus, Paper 1 is the case study paper (which constitutes 40% of the total score) and Paper 2 is the essay paper (which constitutes the other 60%). Paper 2 is a 2-hour 15-minute paper where you will need to select 3 out of 6 essay questions to answer. The 6 essay questions are split into two sections — Section A contains 3 questions that predominantly test microeconomic concepts and Section B contains the other 3 questions that predominantly test macroeconomic concepts. At least 1 of the 3 questions that you select to answer must come from each section. This means that you must either answer 1 question from Section A and 2 questions from Section B or the other way around…
