A Research on the Code of Corporate Governance in Croatian Business Practice
AbstractThe economic and legal concepts of the code of corporate governance differ one from another regarding the code’s form, functions and obligatory content. We have conducted a research consisting of three hypotheses with the expected outcome to confirm corporate misunderstanding of legal provisions and the inadequacy of legal provisions for modern business practice.
