Abstract

Starting point of the study is presentation of role and standing of professionals in efficiency of contemporary organization. Purpose of this study is to point out essential factors of creating knowledge worker’s optimal comfort area which is condition of theirs full involvement basing on researches for value systems, attitudes and preferences of professionals of corporate IT sector in Poland. Therefore paper is mainly based on literature analysis and pilot own examinations and is theoretical-empirical.
