Abstract

Recuento de la historia de las instituciones laborales colombianas la cuales giran alrededor del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo expedido en 1950, presenta las diferentes reformas laborales en el país hasta el año 2000, los derechos ganados por los trabajadores colombianos para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo y hace un estudio comparado de la legislación laboral en Europa y Estados Unidos.
