Monetäre Familienleistungen für unterschiedliche Haushaltskonstellationen 2021

Abstract

Familien mit Kindern erfahren in Österreich durch Geldleistungen sowie Steuererleichterungen staatliche Unterstützung. Die in der Studie berechneten Leistungshöhen betragen durchschnittlich 210 € in Form direkter Geldleistungen sowie 118 € in Form von Steuererleichterung pro Kind und Monat. In der Arbeit werden auch die unterschiedlichen Leistungshöhen für Haushalte in Abhängigkeit von Anzahl und Alter der Kinder, der Haushaltszusammensetzung sowie der Einkommenshöhen der Eltern berechnet. Die Wirkungsweise unterschiedlicher Familienleistungen wird anhand von Simulationen für hypothetische Familien untersucht. Die Leistungshöhen werden schließlich anhand empirischer Daten ermittelt.
