Abstract

Dem Gebäudebereich kommt für die Erfüllung der klima- und energiepolitischen Ziele eine zentrale Rolle zu. Eine deutliche Anhebung der thermischen Sanierungsquote ist unerlässlich, wenn hier signifikante Energieeinsparungen und Emissionsreduktionen realisiert werden sollen. Neben dem energie- und klimapolitischen Nutzen generieren solche Maßnahmen weitere Vorteile, etwa die Senkung der Energiekosten für die Haus halte, eine Erhöhung der Wohnqualität oder auf gesamtwirtschaftlicher Ebene beträchtliche inlandswirksame Output- und Beschäftigungseffekte.
