Abstract

Bei gleichmäßig schwacher Entwicklung aller Nachfragekomponenten waren die Wachstumsunterschiede nach Wirtschaftsbereichen wie Regionen im III. Quartal 2015 gering. Regional dürfte das für die erste Jahreshälfte dokumentierte West-Süd-Ostgefälle des Wirtschaftswachstums angehalten haben. Die Beschäftigungwuchs bei ähnlichem regionalen Muster kräftig, bei markanter Angebotsdynamik aber neuerlich nicht stark genug, um einen Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit zu verhindern. Die regionale Streuung der (saisonbereinigten) Arbeitslosenquote nimmt tendenziell zu, mit Werten zwischen 6,0% (Salzburg und Vorarlberg) und 14,2% (Wien) im IV. Quartal 2015.
