Ein Blick auf die ehemalige Präsidentin und die ehemaligen Präsidenten des Statistischen Bundesamtes

Abstract

Im Jahr 2023 besteht das Statistische Bundesamt seit 75 Jahren. Dieser Beitrag soll an die ehemaligen Leitungen des Statistischen Bundesamtes in den verschiedenen Epochen erinnern, ihre Persönlichkeit und die jeweiligen Schwerpunkte ihres Wirkens. Getragen wurden die ehemaligen Amtsleitungen dabei immer von sehr engagierten und gut ausgebildeten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Zudem soll der Beitrag die umfangreiche Literatur, die die ehemalige Präsidentin und die ehemaligen Präsidenten hinterlassen haben, zumindest in den wichtigsten Teilen dokumentieren.
