Abstract

Die Pandemie wirkt wie ein Katalysator auf die lang andauernde Debatte über das Verhältnis von Wissenschaft und Politik. Wissenschaftliche Politikberatung wird gerade in der Krise zur umstrittenen Expertise und tangiert Grundverständnisse: „Saubere“ Trennung zwischen den beiden Sphären und Referenzsystemen oder direkte Formen der co-production zwischen Wissenschaft und anderen gesellschaftlichen Akteuren, die unter anderem die Verbindlichkeit des gemeinsam erarbeiteten Wissens erhöhen. Auch die Wissenschaft kann davon profitieren. Dies setzt allerdings voraus, dass sich ihre Reputationsordnung verändert.
