Kreislaufwirtschaft durch Co-Creation

Abstract

Der Umbau der gegenwärtigen Linearwirtschaft in eine Kreislaufwirtschaft ist Gegenstand des Aktionsplans der Europäischen Kommission, um einerseits Umweltbelastung und Ressourcenverbrauch zu minimieren sowie andererseits die Wirtschaft neu zu positionieren und wettbewerbsfähiger zu machen. Stoffströme werden einerseits geschlossen, unternehmerische Wertschöpfungsprozesse für Interaktionen mit Kunden andererseits geöffnet. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, die Bedeutung von "Co-Creation" zur Ausgestaltung von Wertschöpfungsprozessen und Geschäftsmodellen für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Kreislaufwirtschaft darzustellen.
