Kräftiger Anstieg der Innovationsausgaben österreichischer Unternehmen im zweiten Jahr der COVID-19-Pandemie

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse des WIFO-Konjunkturtests vom Dezember 2021 zeigen, dass die österreichischen Unternehmen ihre Innovationsausgaben 2021 ausgeweitet haben. Das noch ungünstige wirtschaftliche Umfeld hat aber zu Zurückhal-tung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte geführt. Unter der Fortdauer der COVID-19-Krise dürfte 2021 vor allem die In-novationstätigkeit kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen gelit-ten haben.
