Zwischen Konsolidierung und Wachstum. Bundesfinanzrahmen 2013-2016, "Konsolidierungspaket II" und Stabilitätsprogramm

Abstract

Die Staatsschuldenquote wird in Österreich 2012 über 74% des BIP erreichen. Die quantifizierbaren Kosten der Finanzmarkt- und Wirtschaftskrise tragen mit gut 7¾ Prozentpunkten bei, weitere diskretionäre Maßnahmen sowie statistische Revisionen der letzten Jahre mit weiteren 9 Prozentpunkten. Das im Frühjahr 2012 beschlossene Konsolidierungspaket soll bis 2016 für ein gesamtstaatlich ausgeglichenes Budget nach Maastricht sorgen. Auch wird die Rückführung des strukturellen Defizits auf 0,4% des BIP und der Schuldenquote auf 70,6% des BIP angestrebt.
