Bestimmungsgründe der Lohnquote und der realen Lohnstückkosten

Abstract

Die bereinigte Lohnquote und die realen Lohnstückkosten sind Indikatoren der Einkommensverteilung, die in sehr unterschiedlichen wirtschaftspolitischen Diskussionszusammenhängen verwendet werden. Die beiden Konzepte sind einander allerdings sehr ähnlich: Die realen Lohnstückkosten sind nichts anderes als eine reale bereinigte Lohnquote. Die wichtigste langfristige Determinante für beide Variable ist die Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Eine hohe und steigende Arbeitslosenquote geht mit rückläufiger Lohnquote und sinkenden Lohnstückkosten einher. Kurzfristig spielen auch die Konjunktur und die Inflation eine wichtige Rolle in der Bestimmung des Lohnanteils am Volkseinkommen.
