Abstract

In the modern conditions of this fast-paced and dynamic 21st century, in the conditions of a coronavirus pandemic, digital training and personnel management have become a major part of the management of any large and successful company. The report aims to determine the preconditions and opportunities for digitalization of management and training processes in agricultural companies, both in Bulgaria and around the world. The main areas that will be considered and may subsequently be of interest to real companies in the sector are: preconditions and advantages of digital management, emergence of specialized hubs and digital information centers that support both training and specialized software application within the sector. The start of the first AgriTech Hackathon for Bulgaria and its future development. Opportunities for specialized training of agricultural personnel and its better level of management.
